Doug Amoroso

Doug Amoroso, President of Amoroso Cabinets, honed his craft in Pennsylvania, what many consider to be the heart of Amish country and of quality wood craftsmanship. Doug Amoroso has been in the business of designing cabinets for the discerning homeowner for 25 years. Noted for its visionary designs, Amoroso Cabinets focuses on custom room design featuring made-to-order cabinetry for kitchens, baths, home offices, and all other areas of the home. He lives in Tampa with his wife and two children.

James Ballard

James Ballard grew up just outside of Dallas, and moved to Tampa area in 1992. He is a tax partner in the Ernst & Young Global Compliance and Reporting practice with approximately 17 years of experience in serving both public and private sector clients.  James specializes in income tax accounting under ASC 740, is a frequent speaker on related topics, and has served on audit teams for large public and private clients. He also has significant experience in U.S. corporate income tax compliance for large consolidated groups, and also delivers Federal and international income tax consulting, including cross-border tax consulting for U.S. multinationals and Foreign companies with investments in the U.S. James holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in accounting from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He resides in the Tampa area with wife Kristi, son Daniel (7 years), and daughter Samantha (7 months).

Kirsten Fisher, M.D.

Dr. Fisher was born in Daytona, Florida, and grew up on Army bases in Georgia, New York, California, New Jersey and Germany before graduating from high school in Miami. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from Northwestern University and her Doctorate of Medicine from Chicago Medical School. Dr. Fisher completed her residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the Medical College of Wisconsin, followed by a fellowship in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine. She lives in Tampa and has worked as a staff physician at The James A. Haley VAMC Spinal Cord Injury Center since 2007. She is a member of the American Association of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the National Wellness Institute, as well as the Hillsborough County Disability Alliance. Dr. Fisher has a son who is a lifelong Spiderman fan, a gifted artist and avid cook who graduated from Focus Academy and is currently in his second year in the Focus Academy Transition Program. Two sons are also attending Steinbrenner High School.

Karl Langefeld

Karl Langefeld is the Director of Leisure Services Department for the City of Temple Terrace.  In this role, Karl is responsible for the operation of the Parks and Recreation Department and the Library.  Karl has worked for the City of Temple Terrace for over 20 years.  He started his career with the City as a part time Lifeguard at the Family Recreation Complex while attending the University of South Florida, earning a BS degree in Exercise Physiology.  Prior to attending USF, Karl was in the US Navy stationed aboard the Guided Missile Frigate USS Joel T. Boone and worked as a Damage Control Technician.  Karl currently lives in Tampa with his wife Beth.

Beth Bondi McIntyre

Beth Bondi McIntyre is a lifelong resident of Temple Terrace, where she resides with her three children and her husband Rich. She received her Master's in Education from the University of South Florida, and has completed all coursework for her Doctorate in Administration. Ms. McIntyre enjoys spending time with her family.

James M. Rossman

Mr. Rossman is a business owner in Tampa and has lived here with his wife, Patricia, for 15 years.  A graduate of the University of Detroit, he has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and has held senior management positions with manufacturing companies for more than 50 years.  In addition to serving on the Board of Directors at Focus Academy since its inception, he is also chairman of the Parish Advisory Council at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Tampa and sits on the board of Love INC (In the Name of Christ), an ecumenical organization serving homeless and needy families in Tampa.
