Apply online to Focus Academy, a charter middle school, high school, and transition program for special needs students. If you have questions regarding the number of spots available for the current year, please contact the main office at 813.443.5558 for more information.

Applications should include the following student information:

1. IEP (If currently enrolled in a private school, please send the last IEP that the student received)

2. School transcripts

3. Recent report card

4. Psychological evaluation/testing

5. Current photo of student
